We have an outstanding Contract position for an Address Verification/ Monitor Recovery Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities.
Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
Perform Inbound/Outbound calls while meeting SLA of the department.
Internal systems are used to verify UPS shipment and device pick-ups and provide support to customers.
Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
Ability to clearly communicate information to patients and internal customers.
