We have an outstanding Contract position for a Scrum Master/Business Analyst. This position is 100% remote.
Pay Rate: $48.07 - $52.88

Job Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of 6-10 resources in the daily execution of agile development with a focus on scrum.
- Autonomously manage end-to-end development and deployment process, working with leadership and product owners to prioritize product backlog and requirements.
- Populate and manage user stories that define requirements, acceptance criteria, development and testing tasks, level of effort estimates, and definitions of done.
- Executes scrum meetings, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepares for and participates in the scrum of scrum activities or meetings with other scrum teams.
- Works with product owners and other stakeholders to report project status and provide feedback to the scrum team.
- Manages scrum projects via Jira and reports consistently on team velocity while resolving any impediments.
- Assists in release planning and overall product roadmap definition.
- Works with other scrum masters in the program to optimize team delivery and to assist with resource sharing where applicable.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience and a BSc in CS preferred. Java, Java Spring Boot, Angular, Docker.
