We have an outstanding career opportunity for an ERP Specialist to join a leading Company located in the Fort Lauderdale, FL surrounding area.
The EPR Specialist will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system (SAGE), while also supporting IT backup functions.
Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and document system requirements and workflows.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
Maintain ERP data accuracy by performing regular data entry, validation, and cleanup tasks.
Create and update user manuals, training materials, and documentation for ERP processes.
Conduct basic training sessions for end-users to improve adoption and effective system use.
Assist in the testing and deployment of the ERP system to support various business functions (e.g., production and purchasing).
Develop customization ideas in collaboration with the responsible area managers and coordinate implementation.
Support IT backup functions, including basic network troubleshooting.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of working experience with ERP systems.
Familiarity with database management or reporting tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
