We have an outstanding Contract position for a Registered Nurse to join a leading Company located in the Glendale, CO and Aurora, CO surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $35.00-$44.00

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Conduct clinical reviews of consults/requests for completeness and appropriateness
  • Perform utilization reviews and make care disposition decisions
  • Review incoming medical records and communicate with providers
  • Coordinate care across the community providers, and administrative staff
  • Triage specialty consults for clinical appropriateness and completeness
  • Communicate healthcare options to veterans, helping them make informed decisions
  • Serve as a clinical resource for multidisciplinary staff
  • Collaborate to rebuild/modify consult templates
  • Act as liaisons between specialty providers and internal/external stakeholders

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ACEN or CCNE)
  • Active license in at least one U.S. state or territory
  • Minimum two years of direct patient care experience in the past three years
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Must pass VA credentialing and privileging process prior to start
