We have an outstanding Contract position for an Assembler to join a leading Company located in the Louisa, VA surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Assemble air filter components based on provided specifications and instructions.
• Inspect parts and materials for defects, ensuring only high-quality materials are used in the final product.
• Operate hand tools and light machinery for the assembly process.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Package and label air filters for shipment as needed.
• Record production data, such as quantities assembled and any issues encountered.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
• Assist with inventory management of materials and supplies required for assembly.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of assembly processes and the ability to use hand tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
