We have an outstanding Contract position for an Address Verification/ Monitor Recovery Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.97
Schedule: 8:00:AM - 04:30:PM

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities.
  •  Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
  • Perform Inbound/Outbound calls while meeting SLA of the department.
  • Internal systems are used to verify UPS shipment and device pick-ups and provide support to customers.
  • Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
  • Ability to clearly communicate information to patients and internal customers.
