We have an outstanding career opportunity for a VMWare Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Dahlgren, VA surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**

 **Candidate must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.**

Job Responsibilities:  

• Serve as a VMWare Aria Engineer supporting a Government customer 
• Design, develop, and implement a Gov't Multi-cloud management platform 
• Support customer cost, operations, and automation goals 
• Optimize network operations across applications and clouds 
• Automate workload balancing and placement for the VMware cloud 
• Automate IT infrastructure 
• Streamline DevOps infrastructure resource consumption and delivery 
• Set and verify security configurations in the delivery pipeline and remediate violations 
• Advise Project Managers on technical issues and solutions 

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Hands-on Aria (Formerly VRealize) experience 
• Aria Operations 
• Aria Ops for Logs 
• Aria Ops for Network 
• Aria Automation 
• Experience with the following is a plus: 
• VMware ESXi 
• vSphere 
• vMotion 
• HCI 
• Kubernetes 
• RHEL 
• Aria certified (preferred)
