We have an outstanding Contract position for a PC Refresh Technician to join a leading Company located in the Hill AFB, UT surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**

Job Responsibilities:  

• Assist with the PC refresh project at Hill Air Force Base. 
• Selected candidate will be expected to contact recipients and schedule a time to take new equipment to their desk and perform a hardware refresh, as well as assist with ensuring data is restored. 
• The chosen candidate should also be expected to explain basic functionality of Windows 11 since many users are also migrating from Windows 10 at this time.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Must have excellent customer service skills, along with general knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365.
• 1-2 years minimum experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Microsoft OneDrive as well as mapping network printers.
