We have an outstanding Contract position for a Temporary Laborer to join a leading Company located in the Huntsville, AL surrounding area.

We have an urgent need for a temporary laborer to assist with the IT breakdown of 54 cubicles at our North campus facility. Attached is a list of tasks, which are not difficult but will require getting under every desk to disconnect monitor mounts etc. This individual should be mechanically inclined. This will most likely be a one-week assignment and we need them to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
  • Erase Whiteboard
  • Lower the Desk to the lowest position and unplug from the power outlet
  • Bundle power cord and tie wrap
  • Tie Wrap both monitor arms to prevent motion while removing monitors
  • Remove power and video cables from monitors, remove the monitor from the arm, and place in bubble bag, tape bag closed
  • Place all video cables in the video cable box
  • Place all power cords in the power cord box
  • Loosen the monitor arm clamp from the bottom side of the desk and leave the mount in place
  • Empty all remaining contents of the draws
  • Place pens, markers, and office supplies in the Office Supplies Box
  • Place any remaining paper into the paper recycling bin
  • Place any additional miscellaneous contents in the 'Review' box for examination before being discarded

This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security-based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Persons (8 USC 1324b(a)(3)), or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. No company sponsorship will be offered.
