Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000

Responsibilities:
- Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned key accounts.
- Own and elevate the full customer relationship-driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, supply chain models, and sustainability goals, and proactively provide tailored solutions.
- Lead business reviews and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Take ownership of complex account strategies, including contract development and execution in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.
- Forecast customer demand with accuracy and align internal resources to deliver on expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
- Sales & Business Development
- Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and turn them into long-term wins.
- Support pricing strategy and lead contract negotiations with both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Drive deep account penetration by engaging multiple customer functions and unlocking new areas for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, quality, project management, and production teams to deliver innovative rigid packaging solutions.
- Market & Industry Insight
- Stay ahead of industry trends, customer expectations, and competitive activity.
- Share insights regularly with leadership to help shape commercial strategy, product offerings, and service improvements.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing key accounts in the rigid plastics or packaging industry (must have).
- Strong technical knowledge of rigid plastic materials (PET, HDPE, PP) and packaging processes such as injection molding and blow molding (must have).
- Demonstrated success in managing and expanding large-scale customer accounts, with a strategic, customer-first approach.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and present data-driven business cases focused on revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI.
- Experience with contract negotiations and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills-comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, forecasting tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet).
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a proven ability to build internal and external relationships that drive business success.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
