We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Head of Sales to join a leading Company located in the Los Angeles, CA surrounding area.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to oversee our retail operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance the customer experience in our U.S. stores. This role will be responsible for managing offline store operations, handling customer service and claims, overseeing sales performance, and acting as a key bridge between the U.S. team and headquarters in Korea.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operations of U.S. offline stores, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead customer service operations, handling customer interactions, feedback, and claims management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, profit & loss (P&L), and key financial metrics to optimize profitability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and marketing, to enhance the in-store customer experience
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with headquarters in Korea, serving as the key liaison for sales and operational initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve company objectives
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail sales, store management, or sales strategy, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong understanding of U.S. retail operations, customer service, and P&L management
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving sales and improving customer experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for business growth
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry
- Familiarity with both DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and retail store operations
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
