We have an outstanding Contract position for an Intake Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.

Intake Representative entails copying data from PDF faxes into the Preventice enrollment system ensuring data is entered accurately and efficiently. The position requirements will assist in developing the skills required to advance to other levels and expand their knowledge of systems and equipment.

Basic Hiring Criteria: 
  • One to two years of experience in a customer service or data entry role.
  • Must be able to handle a high volume of work.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of operating a multi-line telephone system.
  • Ability to type accurately.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
