We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for an Office Sanitation Associate (Evening Shift) to join a leading Company located in the Sterling, VA surrounding area.

This position is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary workspace for all employees.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Routine cleaning of common areas such as break rooms, restrooms, and hallways
• Ensuring overall office cleanliness and organization
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
• Wiping down surfaces and high-touch areas
• Supporting a sanitary work environment in accordance with company standards
• Light lifting and moving throughout the facility as needed during the shift

Basic Hiring Criteria

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented and thorough in cleaning practices
• Comfortable with light lifting (up to 25 lbs) and being on your feet for most of the shift
• Previous experience as a day porter, janitor, or in office cleaning/sanitation roles preferred
