We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a Machine Operator to join a leading Company located in the Nashua, NH surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**
 **Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.**

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes during the overnight shift.

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated machinery in a high-volume production environment.
  • Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete shift reports.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Basic Hiring Criteria
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work overnight hours and occasional overtime as needed.
