We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Billing Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX.

Shift:  7:30am - 4pm

Job Responsibilities:  

• Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities.
• Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and provide quotes for services.
• Provide customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
• Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance.

Basic Hiring Criteria

• High School or equivalent 
• Must have over 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience.
• Must have strong Verbal and Written communication skills
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must be able to work 100% onsite
