We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Flexographic Press Operator to join a leading Company located in the Mesa, AZ surrounding area.

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining Flexographic presses (such as the MA 2200) to meet production and quality standards. The right candidate will bring mechanical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate MA 2200 or similar Flexographic printing equipment
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance
  • Manage inventory of press supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members and support as needed
  • Take on additional duties as required

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Flexographic Printing
  • Experience with MA 2200 preferred

Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Flexographic printing, ink theory, color matching, and press troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with press maintenance and safety procedures
  • Ability to follow work instructions 
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
