We have an outstanding Contract position for a Call Center Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support.
Provide liaison support between customers.
Coordinate with other departments.
Perform the returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs.
Use of the Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty, and report generation.
Receive product orders and process them for shipment.
Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
High School diploma or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
