We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join a leading Company located in Rock Hill, SC.

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with both mechanical and electrical expertise to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenanceensuring minimal downtime.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Work independently and communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
  • Complete service documentation, expense reports, and time sheets accurately.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • 4+ years of hands-on mechanical and electrical service experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, control voltage wiring, VFDs, and high-voltage systems (preferred).
  • Mechanical skills, including welding, fabrication, bearing/shaft replacement, gearbox installation, and conveyor system work.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to different customer environments.
