We have an outstanding Contract position for a Monitor Recovery Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Addressing patients' and internal customers' concerns by phone or electronically. Make outbound calls and receive calls advising patients to return equipment when complete or verifying patients' delivery addresses to prepare for shipments.
  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
  • Provide responsive and reliable customer service. 
  • Addressing patients' and customers' questions and concerns with a positive approach and a can-do attitude to conclude with win-win outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments as necessary.
  • Review the base for patient demographics.
  • Performing and identifying the appropriate actions necessary to achieve the completion of the task, ensuring we obtain results, meet deadlines, quotas, and performance goals.
  • Scheduling pickups, tracking shipments, and troubleshooting product orders to/for shipments. 
  • Provide return instructions for equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power PowerPoint.
