We have an outstanding Contract position for a Machine Operator to join a leading Company located in the Louisa, VA surrounding area.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our air filter manufacturing team. This position involves operating specialized machinery used in air filter assembly. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical skills and the ability to follow production instructions accurately.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Operate Machinery specific to Filtration production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and production guidelines

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
