We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Harahan, LA surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Create new product lines and develop innovative solutions.
• Hands-on design, prototyping, and building.
• Work closely with customers and production teams.
• Engage in full product lifecycle: design → build → installation → client interaction.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• 5-10 years preferred in manufacturing environments.
• Logistics conveyor systems.
• Injection molding & plastics.
• Customized machinery or automation (build-to-spec experience).
• Small er companies where they own start to finish gathering requirements to commercialization.
• Strong design & build capabilities.
• Hands-on, independent, entrepreneurial mindset.
• CAD/SolidWorks proficiency.
• Materials technology - experience in injection molding and manufacturing  (90% of products are plastic).

Desired Qualifications:

• A master's degree is a plus but not required.
