We have an outstanding Contract position for a Human Resource Consultant to join a leading Company located in the Silver Spring, MD surrounding area.  Need to have Performance Management experience

Pay Rate: $48--$50 per hour

**US Citizenship is required.**
 **Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.**

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring new performance management standards and evaluation criteria for both executive and non-executive performance.
  • Support managers and supervisors in understanding and applying updated performance requirements across the organization.
  • Provide training and guidance on performance assessment tools, documentation requirements, and corrective action procedures.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10 years of verifiable experience.
