We have an outstanding Contract position for a Field Service Tech - District 4 to join a leading Company located in the Palos Verdes Estates, CA surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $30

We are assisting a local client to help them identify candidates for their Field Service Technician positions. This is a short-term Special Election project assignment. 

Primary responsibilities include: The FSTs will be stationed at each Vote Center and serve as the primary technical support contact. The FST will perform several activities/duties throughout the day to ensure the election equipment is operating as expected. The FST will resolve and/or escalate any issue and document via an incident ticket.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, test, and maintain election equipment at assigned voting locations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to support teams when needed.
  • Provide on-site support to election staff and ensure compliance with county procedures.
  • Document all activities and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Work flexible schedules, including 8-14 hour shifts, with mandatory overtime as required.
 
Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to assigned voting locations.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 30 lbs).
