We have an outstanding Contract position for an Intake Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Intake Representative entails copying data from PDF faxes into the
enrollment system, ensuring data is entered accurately and efficiently. The position requirements will assist in developing the skills required to advance to other levels and expand their knowledge of systems and equipment.
Process incoming faxes and save to the appropriate company directories.
Maintain patient database in accordance with HIPAA and Company protocol to ensure all patient information is current and up-to-date.
Proficient in the use and mechanics of all Company Cardiac Event Monitors.
Clearly communicate information to patients and internal customers.
Remains aware and takes care of details that are easy to overlook or dismiss as insignificant.
Ability to be consistent and reliable.
Earns others' trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to readily modify, respond, or change with minimal personal resistance.
Ability to effectively hear, understand and follow directions or instructions.
Stays focused on tasks in spite of distractions and interruptions.
The ability to see and appreciate the value of conducting business affairs according to the intent of policies and standards.
Prioritize and complete tasks within allotted time frames.
The job requires decisiveness, quick response, fast action. The job will repeatedly face important deadlines that must be met on time.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
One to two years of experience in a customer service or data entry role.
Must be able to handle a high volume of work.
Experience working with confidential information.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of operating a multi-line telephone system.
