We have an outstanding Contract position for an Administrative Assistant to join a leading Company located in the Burbank, CA surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $23.00
Looking for people with strong Administrative Assistant skills with problem-solving skills for a client site in the Glendale area! This is a nice opportunity for anyone to work for a company with over 100 years of service. This is a 6-month temporary assignment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with various administrative duties such as answering phone calls and entering sales information in the system.
Ensure engraving orders are approved and scheduled for on-time delivery with respective vendors.
Identify when new property releases are needed.
Evaluate requests for property buybacks and present offers when able.
Update any DM sales and email specific departments with notifications of the sale.
Prep property for release and subsequent email notifications.
Assist with department projects as delegated by the Property Inventory Supervisor or the Merchandising Specialist.
Post on property maps all embellishment placements and new property release lines.
Product inquiries from internal departments.
Maintain and issue cemetery property inventory lists to parks on a quarterly basis.
Prepare property embellishment requests and review with Property Inventory Supervisor.
Other assignments as required.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience 3-5 years of an Administrative Assistant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of customer service/problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills in MS Suite with 45 wpm with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and MS Teams.
Experience with HMIS software and phone system is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and strong time management skills.
Must be detail-oriented with documentation and follow-up skills.
Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian is a plus.
Ability to lift up 10lbs.
