We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading Company located in the Norton, MA surrounding area.
The Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles are critical leadership positions responsible for overseeing renewable energy and electrical utility construction projects nationwide. These professionals manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client relations across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring technical accuracy, on-time delivery, and alignment with corporate standards.
Both positions partner closely with Engineering, Estimating, and Operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects. The Senior Project Manager level carries broader leadership responsibilities, often dedicated to larger, complex projects or mentoring other PMs.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of assigned projects - budget, schedule, scope, subcontractors, and safety compliance.
Lead coordination between corporate engineering, estimating, and field teams.
Oversee multiple renewable and utility-scale projects (ranging from under $1M to $25M).
Conduct constructability reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments.
Ensure alignment with design standards, code compliance, and contract obligations.
Review submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
Mentor Construction Managers and project staff to promote consistency and growth.
Support accurate reporting, forecasting, and client communication.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in electrical utility distribution, substation, or renewable energy (solar).
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage CPM schedules, budgets, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, cost tracking).
Proficiency with MS Office tools; experience with Primavera (P6), Bluebeam, or similar project management software is a plus.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA training preferred.
Experience with federal/state or large-scale infrastructure contracts is highly desirable.
