We have an outstanding Contract position for a Director of Integration to join a leading Company located in the Sanderson, FL surrounding area.
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager with a strong aptitude for people leadership and cross-functional communication, who also possesses a foundational understanding of technical concepts. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clients and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear communication, and successful program delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical team, ensuring alignment with strategic projects, timelines, and client communication.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Proactively identify risks and issues and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Continuously evaluate and improve program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
5+ years in program or project management, preferably in a technical or IT-related environment.
Ability to understand and communicate basic technical concepts (e.g., software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, APIs).
Proven track record of managing teams and driving results through influence and collaboration.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools.
