We have an outstanding Contract position for a Director of Integration to join a leading Company located in the Sanderson, FL surrounding area.

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager with a strong aptitude for people leadership and cross-functional communication, who also possesses a foundational understanding of technical concepts. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clients and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear communication, and successful program delivery.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Lead and manage technical team, ensuring alignment with strategic projects, timelines, and client communication.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 5+ years in program or project management, preferably in a technical or IT-related environment.
• Ability to understand and communicate basic technical concepts (e.g., software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, APIs).
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving results through influence and collaboration.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
