We have an outstanding Contract position for a Return Associate to join a leading Company located in Las Vegas, NV.

Pay Rates: $16.00 = 1st shift (6am - 6pm) / $17.00 = 2nd shift (6pm-6am)

Return Associates inspect garments and other products returned from customers to ensure the quality is up to standard to be resold

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Identify visual and odor defects in returned garments and other products.
  • Clean and package resaleable garments.
  • Work efficiently to meet production standards. 
  • Correctly refund customers using FDM4.
  • Other tasks are deemed necessary to ensure customer compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met. 

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Must be able to stand up to 8 - 12 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer literacy is necessary.
  • Good communication.
  • An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • The ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptable.
  • Must be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs throughout the day.
