Return Associates inspect garments and other products returned from customers to ensure the quality is up to standard to be resold.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify visual and odor defects in returned garments and other products.
Clean and package resaleable garments.
Work efficiently to meet production standards.
Correctly refund customers using FDM4.
Other tasks are deemed necessary to ensure customer compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Must be able to stand up to 8 - 12 hours at a time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer literacy is necessary.
Good communication.
An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
The ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
Sharp attention to detail.
Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptable.
Must be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs throughout the day.
