We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Van Nuys, CA surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $23- $25/hour
Working in a fast-paced environment, this position will be the point of contact for customer interaction and willbe required to work with various departments to provide quality service and deliver orders on time.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales cycle (quotation, order entry, process shipping docs, invoicing, follow up with the customer, etc.).
Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain customer relations.
Remedy customer issues.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Act as backup for the front desk (i.e., covering phones, greeting visitors).
Cold call customers.
Work with customers to understand and anticipate future needs.
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience.
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area.
