We have an outstanding Contract position for a DevOps Engineer. This position is 100% remote.
Pay Rate: 60$/hr

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps workflows that enable continuous integration, delivery, and automation across environments. This role focuses on leveraging tools such as GitHub, Ansible, and Harness to streamline build, deployment, and patching processes while supporting secure and scalable system operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize DevOps workflows for CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Ansible, and Harness.
- Administer and maintain HashiCorp Vault, ensuring secure credential and secret management.
- Serve as a Nautilus Engineer, supporting integrations that require SQL knowledge (MySQL currently in use).
- Manage OIDC and OAuth integrations across the organization to ensure secure identity federation and access management.
- Support and automate patching and vulnerability remediation as part of the overall DevOps processes.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to enhance automation, reliability, and system observability.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- 10+years' experience.
- 10+years' experience.
- Proven experience in a DevOps environment, including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, Ansible, Harness, and HashiCorp Vault.
- Working knowledge of OAuth and OIDC protocols.
- Proficiency with SQL (MySQL preferred).
- Understanding of vulnerability management and system patching processes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Vulnerability Management or security engineering.
- Broader experience with additional DevOps toolchains or scripting (e.g., Python, Terraform, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with container orchestration and cloud deployment practices.
