We have an outstanding career opportunity for an HR Business Partner - Bilingual Spanish to join a leading Company located in the Austin, TX surrounding area.
This HR Partner role is responsible for leading HR strategic projects and programs that support manager and employee achievement of our strategic objectives. Work in close collaboration with division management and HR team members to lead HR for assigned facility locations. Guide Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, alignment with Talent Management Programs and Compliance emphasizing a great place to work and building an even stronger employee brand. Responsibilities:
Talent Management
Drive division alignment with HR Talent Management Programs and continuously improve existing offerings.
Deliver innovative and effective corporate Talent Management Programs that consistently meet the current and anticipated needs of the business, including teambuilding, coaching, goal setting and performance management, training and development, career development, succession planning, total rewards, and Human Capital Management System (HCMS) adoption.
Manage division employee relations and investigations when needed (a rare occurrence).
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Manage division TA process (from job design, posting, screening, and guiding the interview and selection process) for hourly-manufacturing positions, salaried management and administrative positions, interns, temporary agency roles.
Oversee division onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
Contribute to engaging corporate onboarding content and continually assess/improve the new hire experience.
Compliance
Guide employees and managers in the interpretation of HR guidelines and practices.
Coordinate division compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Maintain confidentiality, data security and accuracy of Human Capital Management System data and personnel records.
Create ad-hoc reporting and dashboards to facilitate data-based decision making.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
Bachelor's degree and 5 years HR experience in generalist or management roles including talent development or employee relations.
Strong consultation, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to positively lead change and build high performing teams/cultures.
Solid knowledge of Texas and Multi-State employment laws
Excellent attention to detail, sense of urgency and a growth mindset.
Technology proficiency helpful (Microsoft 365 and Dayforce Human Capital Management System).
Certified Professional (SHRM or HRCI or ATD) preferred.
Support to pursue professional development or projects of interest that benefit the company.
