We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a Machine Operator to join a leading Company located in the Lyman, NE surrounding area.

The Machine Operator I performs standardized operations, recognizes defective materials and machine malfunctions, and observes continuous operation of machines to ensure that products meet specifications. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Operating one or more production machines such as a grinder, mill, drill press, lathe, etc.
  • Read work orders, work instructions, or formulas.
  • Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring instruments.
  • Maintain our quality standards.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
