We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a leading Company located in the Birmingham, AL surrounding area.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Verify hands-on experience implementing and maintaining AS9100 in aerospace or 5-axis precision manufacturing environments; ask for specific examples of leading certification or surveillance audits.
• Assess deep technical expertise in GD&T, reading complex technical drawings, FAI/AS9102 reporting, full traceability, and documentation rigor required for flight/space hardware.
• Test experience leading internal/customer audits, managing PRIME contractor flow-down requirements, conducting supplier audits, and driving corrective actions/root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, etc).
• ASQH CQE certification preferred and strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, quality modules (e.g., TipQA, Net-Inspect, Qualityze), and advanced MS Office/data analysis skills.
