We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Customer Account Specialist to join a leading Company located in the Youngsville, NC surrounding area.

The Customer Account Specialist is responsible for supporting existing customers with orders, inquiries, quotes, shipment information, and product knowledge. This role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Deliver outstanding customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers via phone, email, and customer portals with a strong sense of urgency.
• Process orders, pricing requests, literature requests, dealer referrals, and technical inquiries.
• Confirm order status and provide shipment information.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales and internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Process customer complaints, claims, credits, corrective invoices, and RMAs.
• Participate in company training, including technical and professional development courses.
• Maintain basic logistical knowledge related to customer orders.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (M3 preferred) and EDI systems.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset.
