We have an outstanding Contract position for a Construction Manager to join a leading Company located in the El Paso, TX surrounding area.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all phases of HVAC and CEP upgrade projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with specifications and timelines. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of HVAC and CEP upgrade projects. 
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project requirements. 
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations. 
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate documentation. 

Basic Hiring Criteria: 

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience with a strong MEP background. 
• Expertise in HVAC systems and/or CEP upgrades. 
• OSHA 30 card and a valid First Aid/CPR/AED certificate (or be able to obtain these prior to starting the role).
