We have an outstanding Contract position for an Avionic Technician to join a leading Company located in the Greenville, SC surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
Our team is responsible for the production line, installation of electrical harnesses/wires, continuity testing, and soldering/termination operations on the Forward Components.
As the Production Hangar Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for building electrical harnesses/components, routing various wires/cables, terminating cables/wires, and performing operational checks.
You may also be required to troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systems based on the area assigned.
Will sometimes perform other duties such as general mechanic installs, testing, and inspections on the production line.
This position provides support by installing electrical harnesses and performing operational checks, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and avionics systems on aircraft components.
Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
Operates related equipment, OHM meters, Crimping, Soldering, andgeneral routing tools; conducts tests and reports data in the prescribed format.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Must be able to work Monday- Thursday, 1st shift 6:00am- 4:30pm or 2nd shift 4:30pm- 3:00am as assigned once training is completed.
Must have Current Aircraft routing, harness installation, harness build-up, Termination/Crimping, and Soldering experience.
