We have an outstanding Contract position for a Trade Show Coordinator to join a leading Company located in the Grand Prairie, TX surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end event logistics such as badge registration, attendee tracking, and access management for limited passes.
Oversees guest invitations, registration workflows, and online event platforms, including sharing login access, maintaining user-friendly systems, and generating and distributing weekly reports.
Additional duties include managing Excel-based attendee lists, sending invitations, tracking responses, and ensuring badge completion.
Support booth and event catering logistics, including coordination for customer event hosting up to 700 attendees.
Coordinate hotel accommodations for attendees and provides ongoing administrative and logistical support to ensure successful execution of all trade show and event activities.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication, tradeshow, event management experience a plus but not required.
Intermediate Level - Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS; SharePoint.
Interpersonal skills adapted to the unique requirements of the organization.
