We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Molding Production Supervisor to join a leading Company located in the Rochester, IN surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Assist in controlling the molding process to ensure parts meet required quality standards.
• Assist in ensuring that the Following Cards are up to date and contain the pertinent information to produce quality parts.
• Assist in overseeing the training of Molding Team Members to ensure that they are knowledgeable in the production of quality parts.
• Assist in ensuring the team has and uses proper equipment to produce a quality product.
• Assist in overseeing to ensure that the Following Cards are followed by Team Members.
• Assist in training the Molding Team Members to perform their required work both safely and efficiently.
• Assist in training the department Team Members to understand and follow the information on the Following Cards.
• Monitor the Following Cards in the Molding Department daily to ensure they are in process conformance.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Foundry Experience desired.
