We have an outstanding Contract position for a Master Planner to join a leading Company located in the Fort Worth, TX surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.**
This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
Job Responsibilities:
Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost.
Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics, and make presentations as required.
Must be a self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands-on experience.
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
Experience with Critical Path.
Experience in schedule control processes, complex proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration.
Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.
Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
Experience working Engineering, Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.
Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).
Demonstrated Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).
Experience with Milestones Professional software.
Previous F-35 experience.
5+ years of experience working Engineering, Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.
5+ years of experience with Critical Path.
5+ years of experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
5+ years of experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).
Demonstrated Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).
5+ years of experience with Milestones Professional software.
Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product.
Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions.
Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.
