We have an outstanding Contract position for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a leading Company. This position is fully remote.

Pay Rate: $20 - $23.50

In support of the firm's staff recruitment efforts, coordinate all administrative details surrounding the recruitment process from initial communication with candidates to facilitating their entrance into the firm, ensuring the highest level of client service.

Responsibilities:
  • At the direction of the Staff Recruiters, coordinate all administrative aspects of the recruitment process for all Seattle and HQ staff positions, including communicating with internal/external applicants, initial reviewing of resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, facilitating applicant skills testing, initiating background check process, and conducting reference checks.
  • Liaison with recruiters, agencies, and applicants, serving as a central information source regarding the firm's recruiting process to ensure that policies and procedures are consistently observed.
  • Assist with the candidate transition process into the firm for new Seattle staff members, as needed, including communication with new hires, distributing pre-hire paperwork for conflicts, and background checks.
  • Liaison with the background check, including direct communication with First Advantage and follow-up as needed.
  • Manage the applicant acceptance process for Seattle and Headquarters positions.
  • Participate in New Hire Orientation as needed.
  • Maintain the staff offer letter templates through Contract Express
  • Run quarterly Applicant Tracking Logs and coordinate with Recruiters to ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain Seattle and Headquarters historical application records.
  • Serve as back up for the Staff Employment Coordinator by coordinating the pre-arrival, onboarding, and integration for staff in the Seattle and Headquarters office, including initiating internal notices and arranging orientation schedules.
  • In the absence of the Staff Employment Coordinator, serve as a contact for the HR file room. 
  • Enforce file room security, handle requests from staff and managers for reviewing personnel files, and provide copies of confidential materials as needed.
  • In coordination with hiring managers and recruiters, draft job postings for all open staff positions and maintain the firm's internal and external Website job posting boards. 
  • Coordinate all external staff recruitment advertising, including drafting ads, submitting ads for publication, follow-up as positions are filled, and review and approval of advertising invoices.
  • Be present at work during regularly scheduled working hours and as needed in the job position, consistent with the Firm's attendance expectations.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Ability to communicate sensitive information with diplomacy and tact. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion. 
  • Fluent with MS Office applications. 
  • Able to take initiative. 
  • Accurate data entry skills and 50WPM typing speed. 
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple detail-oriented projects. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. 
  • Ability to work in a support role for multiple individuals in a team environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong understanding of standard databases.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with OFCCP.
