We have an outstanding Contract position for a General Worker to join a leading Company located in the Greenville, SC surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $30.00 Hourly
Schedule: 4/10-must be open to either 1st or 2nd shift after training
**US Citizenship is required.**
Job Responsibilities:
Perform refuel and defuel activities on various types of aircraft per technical orders.
Maintain accurate fueling records of all fuel movements and ensure complete and accurate information is according to company processes on related forms and tickets in addition to electronic records as required.
Ensure all required quality tests of fuel samples are performed per applicable standards and customer requirements.
Perform inspections of all fuel systems and equipment to ensure safe use during all fuel operations.
Service and fuel Ground Support Equipment as required.
Operate and maintain an 18-wheel aircraft fueling/defueling service truck.
Perform fueling operations while adhering to all required standards and specifications.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Minimum 3 years performing refueling and defueling activities on various types of aircraft.
Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining accurate fueling records of all fuel movement.
Minimum 1 year of experience completing accurate documentation on related forms and tickets.
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to support Operations by performing refuel and defuel services on various types of aircraft and service Ground Support Equipment.
Ability to utilize a computer and be trained to complete logs and/or submit documents electronically.
