We have an outstanding Contract position for a Software Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Hill AFB, UT surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.**

We are a multidisciplinary team that utilizes various data recording, analysis, and test execution software products, some of which are locally developed and in need of modernization. Efforts will include software development on the Linux platform using C++ and Python. The applicant will be required to participate in requirements definition and design reviews, as well as meet local coding standards on a small team. Additionally, they will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and integrating the software they develop. Good oral and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with C++ programming on Linux platforms (RHEL)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Python on Linux platforms (RHEL)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with GIT, MAKE, and VSCode
  • Hands-on experience with Client/Server architecture and network administration
  • Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) experience desired
  • ADA and PERL desired
