We have an outstanding Contract position for a Systems Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Littleton/Waterton, CO surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $40 - $45
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.**
Responsibilities:
Support the Launcher Electrical Components Products Lead and Certified Principal Engineer, developing the Power Conversion (host platform to missile) product design and manufacturing baselines for SSN fielding
Prepare briefing materials for use at internal and external reviews
Assist in the development and maintenance of design, analysis, test, and as-built artifacts/work products to support product certification/ verification; review and coordinate subcontract data requirement submissions
Support peer reviews, Engineering Review Boards, andProduct pre-shipment reviews
Participate in Failure Review Board investigation teams and support Material Review Boards for nonconforming material
Participate in relationship building with our Supplier (internal or external) and Test facilities through consistent positive engagement
Support component-level and systems-level testing of the power conversion product
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience
Electrical engineering, electrical power conversion, manufacturing, missile, and/or aerospace-related experience
Eligibility and willingness to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance - U.S. Citizenship Required

LM Space CPE or delegate interaction and role awareness

Navy customer interaction (surface, submarine, or strategic systems)
Subcontracting technical support
Quality nonconforming material disposition support (repair, re-use determinations)
Failure Review Board technical support; Root Cause and Corrective Action training and experience
Active or Current Secret clearance
