We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the College Park, GA surrounding area.

Working in a fast-paced environment, this position will be the point of contact for customer interaction and will be required to work with various departments to provide quality service and deliver orders on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales cycle (quotation, order entry, process shipping docs, invoicing, follow up with the customer, etc).
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer relations.
  • Remedy customer issues; Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Act as backup for the front desk (i.e., covering phonesgreeting visitors).
  • Cold call customers.
  • Work with customers to understand and anticipate future needs.
  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
  • Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.

Basic Hiring Criteria
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
  • Entry-level often for those with work experience in the skill area.

This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security-based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Persons (8 USC 1324b(a)(3)), or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. No company sponsorship will be offered.
