We have an outstanding Contract position for a Remote Pharmacy Technician to join a leading Company.

Pay Rate: $21.14

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Manage inbound calls and provide support for prior authorization requests
  • Process authorizations via phone, fax, and electronic systems (ePA)
  • Document approvals, denials, and case details accurately
  • Escalate clinical inquiries to pharmacists
  • Assist with outbound calls and inbox management

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Active Pharmacy Technician license (no restrictions)
  • National certification (PTCB or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of high-volume call center experience (healthcare/PBM preferred)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and prior authorization processes
  • Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills
