We have an outstanding Contract position for a Remote Pharmacy Technician to join a leading Company.
Pay Rate: $21.14
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and provide support for prior authorization requests
- Process authorizations via phone, fax, and electronic systems (ePA)
- Document approvals, denials, and case details accurately
- Escalate clinical inquiries to pharmacists
- Assist with outbound calls and inbox management
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Active Pharmacy Technician license (no restrictions)
- National certification (PTCB or equivalent)
- 2+ years of high-volume call center experience (healthcare/PBM preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and prior authorization processes
- Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills
