We have an outstanding Contract position for an Operations Admin to join a leading Company located in the Kenner, LA surrounding area.
The position is multi-task with emphasis on the use of several software for Vendor invoice management, Purchase Order receiving transactions, and Dispatch relief. The person will need to be active in standing and walking to the front door for visitors, going to the food storage room to discuss vendor paperwork questions, etc.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Good use and knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheet skills
Detail oriented
Good basic math, analytical, follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Familiar with ERP software and SAP experience a plus
Airline and food manufacturing industry experience is helpful
Ability to adapt well to change and change management
Must be able to understand and apply basic knowledge of an ERP system
Must have a solid working knowledge of MS Excel
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must thrive in a team-based environment
Must have the ability and desire to meet required timelines, and be proactive in problem-solving
