We have an outstanding Contract position for a Master Planner to join a leading Company located in the Fort Worth, TX surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.**

This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in Fort Worth, TX. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work, and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors that may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. The candidate will have experience utilizing the Critical Path Methodology and will know how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations, including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess the ability to prepare status reports, metrics, and make presentations as required. Must be a self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands-on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required. Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with cost and/or schedule integration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
  • Deliver presentations to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working independently across Technical Teams, developing a basic level understanding of the technical product.
  • Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.
  • Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
  • Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).
  • Demonstrated Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).
  • Experience with Milestones Professional software.
  • Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements, and dependencies between functions.
  • Experience working on Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs.
