We have an outstanding Contract position for a Scrum Master to join a leading Company located in the Orlando, FL surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.**
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for guiding 1-2 agile teams through agile development of operational baseline updates. Facilitate all Scrum Meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Promote Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. Track team performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts. Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Ensure transparency of progress through radiators like burndown charts , dashboards, etc . Ensure compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Must have some experience in IT, full-stack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams. Must have some experience in IT, full-stack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams. Scrum master certification required. Must have experience using Jira. Must have active secret clearance.
