Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations
Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight providers) for pickups and deliveries
Communicate with internal teams (production, inventory, finance, quality) to ensure on-time shipments
Process shipments and invoices in ERP systems and resolve discrepancies
Maintain proof-of-delivery, shipment logs, and audit-ready records
Operational / Hands-On Duties
Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing shipments when needed
Provide the warehouse team with instructions and documentation for loading trucks
Support inventory tasks, including stock pulling and physical inventory counts
Basic Hiring Criteria:
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and shipping software
Knowledge of aerospace compliance (traceability, export controls) is a plus
