Positions Available:

We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a Shipper/Capper to join a leading Company located in the Fullerton, CA surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $18.11

Responsibilities:

Prepare parts for shipment by capping, sealing, or protecting components (common in aerospace fittings/fasteners)
Package products according to customer and aerospace quality standards
Label, mark, and identify parts per specifications and shipping instructions
Create pack slips and assist with shipping documentation
Box and stage materials for shipment
Shipping & Warehouse Duties
- Process shipments using systems like UPS, FedEx, or internal ERP tools
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory and staging areas
- Assist with receiving, counting, and inspecting incoming materials
- Follow all safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure parts are properly protected (caps/plugs) to prevent contamination/damage
- Follow aerospace standards for traceability and handling
- Perform basic inspections and visual checks of parts before shipment

Basic Hiring Criteria:

Attention to detail (critical for aerospace parts handling)
Ability to follow work instructions and documentation processes
Basic computer skills (data entry, shipping systems)
Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
